These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the lysbuegalleri.no website and any ticket, tour, or event bookings made through it, operated by Lysbue Galleri AS, Tordenskiolds gate 6, 0160 Oslo, Norway (Org. No. NO 921 456 778 MVA). By using this website or purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms.
Lysbue Galleri AS sells admission tickets, guided tour bookings, and private viewing reservations for exhibitions held at our Oslo premises. All prices displayed are in Norwegian Krone (NOK) and include 25% Norwegian VAT unless otherwise stated.
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment through our secure payment processor. A confirmation email with your booking reference will be sent to the email address provided. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the information submitted during booking.
Tickets are valid only for the date and time selected at booking. Visitors must present a valid confirmation (digital or printed) at the entrance. Lysbue Galleri AS reserves the right to refuse admission to visitors who are intoxicated, disruptive, or pose a risk to the safety of artworks or other guests, in which case no refund will be issued.

All content on this website, including images, text, and logos, is the property of Lysbue Galleri AS or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access to our systems, or submit false information when booking. We reserve the right to cancel bookings made with fraudulent or inaccurate information.
Lysbue Galleri AS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or attendance at our premises, except where such liability cannot be excluded under mandatory Norwegian consumer protection law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
These Terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Oslo District Court, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer to bring proceedings in your country of residence under EU consumer protection rules.
